No heat in radiator after replacing steam traps

I have a two pipe radiator steam system. I have 23 radiators in my house. My problem was uneven heat throughout the house. After reading one of Dan's books, I replaced all the steam traps, the two F&T traps, and insulated the pipes in the basement. I still have no heat in one of the radiators in one of the bedrooms. If I take the steam trap off, the radiator will get hot. I thought the new steam trap might have been bad so I replaced it with another. Still no heat. Anyone have any suggestions? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Mike, it's time for a pro

I bet you have some form of Vapor system there. Correcting the problem might take some repiping which must be done just so in order to work. Try the Find a Professional page of this site.
