in THE MAIN WALL
We just recently installed this boiler, it is not new but only bout 3 yrs old. It has been operating for a month without a hickup, suddenly Wed afternoon it kicked off on safety. First thought was inline filter so changed it. It takes several attempts to get the controller to reset, then it runs fine till thermostat is satisfied and shuts off, then when heat is called for again it goes off on safety. Really puzzled, fuel is fine, everything works fine for the one cycle then zap.
Any hints greatly appreciated.
DAN Havent talked to you in many many years hope all is well with the family. You probably dont remember but you designed and helped me with the old Burnham steam critter I just replaced. Am in Netcong NJ, we met years ago in a steam seminar at the Garden State Expo Center near Boundbrook NJ.

    sounds like it might be the cad cell relay have your oil company check it
