Hydronex panels are built to do more, for less money, faster. We pre-engineer and mass produce them on a new assembly line as a modern, radiant appliance. They're dependable; built for easy installation and fast service. Link them together or use them stand-alone. All 35 standard models come with powder coated metal enclosures and a lower price point than any comparable product. You can order three types of panels:

P Series
Primary loop panels manage high temperature circulation from your boiler with automatic or manual fill value options with 1 1/4" copper mains with pump isolation flanges, air remover and a temperature/pressure gauge. All Primary Panels are Rail Mounted and come equipped Watts, B&G or Taco circulators.

D Series
Distribution panels circulate water to a variety of heat distribution options by way of 1 1/4" mains, pump isolation flanges and easy serviceability. All D Series Panels are Rail Mounted and can be equipped with Watts, B&G or Taco circulators. Your options include.

D-Direct Pump panels circulate water from your Primary loop to remote manifolds. These panels are typically used for higher temperature applications like radiators, fan coils, staple up, underfloor radiant, kick space heaters or indirect water heaters.

D-Mix panels use a thermostatic mix valve and up to three pumps to deliver an adjustable temperature to remote manifolds. Each pump is prewired to a built-in zone control.

D-VIP panels use an outdoor reset control to vary water temperatures as weather conditions change. They provide independent control over one to five remote zones.

Z Panels
Zone panels install in or close to the zones they heat. All components are enclosed in a thin-profile steel lockable cabinet that can be surface mounted or installed between wall studs. Z Series is available with Watts Radiant pumps and stainless steel manifolds in three options:

Z-Zone with or without actuators. These panels require a zone pump which is typically supplied by a D series panel.

Z-Pump Zone manifolds with built in pump, with or without actuators.

Z-MixPumpZone manifold with built in pump, thermostatic mix valve, with or without actuators.

Watts Radiant introduces PEX Aluminum PEX product line

Watts Radiant introduced its new PEX Aluminum PEX line, RadiantPEX-AL at the ISH-NA show in Chicago. RadiantPEX-AL is a multi-layer pipe consisting of an inner and outer layer of high temperature-resistant polyethylene with an aluminum core. The aluminum core prevents oxygen and gases from permeating into the pipe, making it a non-corrosive pipe.

RadiantPEX-AL holds its shape and is flexible enough to bend around obstacles without the use of fittings. RadiantPEX-AL doesn’t expand like PEX, so it creates less noise in a staple-up application. It can be used with or without plates. RadiantPEX-AL is perfect for snowmelting steps since it will keep its shape, and also for artful mechanical room arrangements. The product is available in large diameters and is also sold in 20’ sticks. Use as supply and return piping to manifolds, fan coils, baseboards, and radiators. It’s less expensive than copper and easier to use as well.

For more information on RadiantPEX-AL, www.wattsradiant.com or call 800-276-2419.
Retired and loving it.
