Frank, my son has moved into the row house on 37th street. The PO had a new HW heater installed, interesting angles on the water pipes.

I would like to have his furnace inspected and serviced. Do you have a contact for a FHA person?
Also would the gas line for a dryer be installed by the gas company or a plumber?

Just before closing, the PO had a new 100 amp SquareD panel installed, weather head and downleg installed and temporarly connected the new panel to the old feed and existing meter. The existing house lines were spliced from the old breaker box to new breakers. I can find no evidence of a permit. Getting BGE to hook up the new overhead is going to be a challange....
