water collects in Hoffman #40 steam radiator vents

Iron Fireman oil burner-boiler, one pipe system, Hoffman #40 residential radiator vents throughout residence. Vents in use for several years. Water collects in the vents. Should Idump andkeep using, replace with new Hoffman vents, or should I replace with an adjustable vent? If the latter which type and approximate price per vent.
