Pipe sizing

Repiping my system for primary secondary. I currently have a split one pipe Monoflow system with sunrads. The trunk supply and return are 1 1/4" and the two loops are 1". I checked the charts in my IBR Guide and it calls for a 1" trunk supply and return, with 3/4" circuit loops. Will it be a problem if I use 1" tees off my primary loop (with 1" pump flanges and 1" flo-checks)to pick up the 1 1/4"?
