Three zone snow melt system need to time out zones on call

Hey guys I have a three zone snow melt system that I need to zone on a timed stratagy. Ive looked at tekmar and calliffe and have not found a controle stratigy that will work. I need to fire zone one and then zone two to get my clients out of there drive. then I need to fire zone 3 to clear the last zone,which is non criticale
