Anyone seen something like this before? Still fully operational when we took it out! How old approxiamtely? Made by Pezzillo Pump, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. Specs: 1725 RPM, 118V, 2.8AMP, 1/8 Horsepower.

A student of mine , brought in a Pezzillo Pump to class to show the other students , and we were able to figure that the manufacture date was somewhere between 1940 and 1950.
The pump was removed from an operating hydronic zone.

It was part of an old cast iron and convector system that looks to have been originally gravity but repiped to a monoflow style on two floors sometime in the past . We switched the old Beastie for a new Viessmann Vitodens will post pics when I get some . Think that makes 6 or 7 Viessmanns for us this month.
