Amortizing Costs of Test Gear

Yes, as I read in another post, an electronic Combustion Analyzer is a very good tool. So is an electronic ph meter, an Amprobe, analog and digital voltmeters, refractomer etc. How do you folks incorporate the purchase price and ongoing maintenance costs (eg: O2 sensor replacements in Analyzers?) into your pricing structure?
Do you charge a flat rate per test? Do you incorporate into the hourly rate? I would really like to know because as technology advances, so do our requirements for additional test gear. Thanks.
