have customer with old house .he has replaced copper piping for the baseboard on house .will piping become thin and brittle over time house was casino in the twenties .have not run across this any input.

the pipes are detoriated , thinning have not seen customer told me these are copper just wondering if anybody seen.the pipe is very thin.0 -

not enough info, we can`t give you an opinion if you don`t be a little more "specific". Shot-in the dark here, thinning pipes?, replace em. Good luck!0 -
Sounds like it could be a velocity issue, from an oversized pump or undersized heating loop. Or, water quality, theres alot of variables here...0 -
i can tell water quality out there keeps the culligan man happy .we are replacing as they go .thanks0 -

Yeah really, not much to go on with the informations u given us, if pipes are bad, what shape is the boiler? Ph factor of the water? Where's this job located?0
