Heating Box

While I learned long ago not to be the one to do field R&D for new products, I am leaning toward installing "The Heating Box" to allow for an instantenous Rinnai heat source to also provide heat to a garage and basement infloor system.
This product compliments the heater by priortizing the domestic load while providing two heat exchangers to allow for secondary in floor demand(s)
Has anyone had any hands on experience with this new product????
I am about to try the larger of the two models in a home that is in close proximity to my own home ( which will allow me to address any problems promptly)
Cycling has always been a concern of mine when I looked into this application however this product has been engineered to address these concerns and I am leaning toward using it.
Any input will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
