Sounds like what a skorched air guy would do
As in price a job by a certain $ per ton? might work in cookie-cutter houses. I wouldn't do it myself.Too many variables.0 -
walls
not only price per fixture , but walls also.
i.e you can have three fixtures on one wall or three walls with
a fixture on each. The latter being more expensive to rough-in.
I try to look at each install individually.

Do a complete material take off first. Then bid on your material. You should figure out how much time it takes to glue together a Santee including drilling and how much time it takes to run 20' of 3" PVC including hanging. Then you can plug it all into an excell spreadsheet and enter in your materials for all jobs and get a fairly accurate estimate.
Of course there are always variables especially on retro-fitts. Don't forget to add in travel time and extra time for impeded access.0
