tank or no tank
1. cold water temp. in your sell market?
2. Only sell units?
3. Only in new homes? so that large gas line will be there , sealed venting just for the tankless , & small shower heads .0 -
Ahhhhhhh Daniel
On another thread you asked for the input of the folks that contribute here, many of whom have been here long before you stepped into the big, wide world.
So tell me, do you want to be treated as a pro? Or a loud mouth punk that knows it all?
If you know more than everyone here, go delete your thread asking for advice about jumping into new construction. Then YOU tell US what WE should do.
You keep up with the attitude and smart **** remarks, and you will find that your questions and comments get no response.
I've kept things civil to this point, you on the other hand have not.
You have been warned by some other regulars here to tone it down. You choose to ignore the warnings and continue to be abusive.
The next warning you will get will be from the host of this site. Ignore that warning at your own risk.
I will not respond to another one of your posts.

Problems
I know what you are saying, but think of it this way? If you are the last one to use hot water at night, what happens to the hot water that you paid to create, that just sits in the line until the next day when you use the hot water again? It cools down. What savings is this to have hot water that you never use. You try to use it but you can not over come sleep depervation. Try as you may you have to sleep sometime and the water goes cold.
This is what we have to figure out. How can I go to sleep and not lose the hot water in the line with out costing me money!
If the unit is to small for the house add a 2nd or a 3rd. Locate them near each bathroom to deliever instant hot water. BUT THATS EXSPENSIVE. I did not say it was going to be easy, there are no buttons just facts. If you do not use it it does not create it. Go ahead re-invent the wheel OR prefect it, it is your chose. After all your customer spending habits are your responsiblity.0
