Old cast iron radiator valve handles
Where can I buy radiator valve handles (only the handle) for my cast iron radiators?0 -
The one's I have
are Bakelite... Capitol is the brand name from 1922... are you restoring them or just need operation?0 -
I had the radiators painted and the painter misplaced the handles. I need the handles to control the flow.0 -
rad valve handles
any good heating supply house would have replacement handles0 -
Thank you.0 -
But remember....
Radiator valves are two-position, fully closed or fully open. They are not meant to "throttle" to control the flow as I think you are suggesting. The packing will start to leak in short order if you do...0 -
Good Point!
Never ran across those but it makes sense, abundant sense. An exception to be sure and it underscores avoiding "absolutes" or at least qualifying them. Thanks, Jim.
