Peerless SC-07 versus Weil Mclain 480

The Peerless SC-07 makes 1446 sq ft of steam using 26 gallons of water, while the Weil Mclain 480 makes 1236 sq ft of steam and uses 36 gallons of water.

I'm wondering if the Peerless would be the better choice, due to its low water content. Is the seasonal efficiency of the Peerless better than the Weil Mclain because of its lower water content? Are there any issues with having a water content of 26 gallons for 1446 sq ft of steam? If so, can these issues be easily addressed?

Any other opinions with regards to which boiler is better ( and whether there is a lot of Peerless steam knowledge in the Boston area ) would be appreciated as well.

Thanks,
Diar

Space Requirements for the Peerless SC Boiler vs Weil-McLain 480 Boiler...The 80 boiler has a large steam chest to make nice dry steam....Look at www.weil-mclain.com
go to 80 boiler manual and read the users guide...
