in THE MAIN WALL
newer house .4yrs have had logs replaced insert twice ,company has tried to correct issue.This is a vented gas fireplace .Does anybody havecontact for lenox hearth products .have emailed no reply .looking for info customer called me to look at it advised not to turn on problems with smell. tech told her the house was to close to neighbor causing drafting problem. thanks
