Hey Guy`s check this out! This HW. boiler was replaced about 8 years ago by a well-known firm in my area. Check the LWCO its a M&M #67 rated for 20PSI(steam). Also check the valving arrangement boiler to system. Alot of primary/secondary here eh? The house is 4 floors with 10-12Ft. ceilings, including basement. This is about the 3rd boiler since the 60`s!
