need some help on dropped header for steam boiler. Never did one, but have heard of it. Any body out there can help?

Do you have some problem with RMA and his questions ?
RMA , I've been dropping my steam headers since Noel Murdough posted the first drop header pic on this site . I truly believe drop headers separate any water carried up the riser pipes alot better than no drop . And it gives you that critical 24 inch height if the steam main is lower than 24 inches to the water line . Theres plenty of pics in Dan's Library . Look under Drop Headers . And you can do a search with those key words .
I for one don't mind giving you advice on steam piping , whether you're a homeowner or pro . What brand boiler are you considering ?0 -
