I have a gravity boiler two pipe system in atwo family house. would like to install two boilers and seperate up stairs and down. i can get to all risers in basement would like to use old loops for one zone can new zone be one pipe system with monoflo tees or or seperate supply and return also will taco oo10 work for original supply and return lines living space about 1000 sq ft each apt

That can be done
but a simpler solution might be to install a circulator on the boiler and thermostatic radiator valves in the tenants' area. This would let them control their own heat level up to wherever you set the thermostat, so they wouldn't be opening the windows.
1000 square feet of space with the usual amount of radiation sounds like the 0010 would be too big. Follow this link to a chart that will help you size circulators:
