as always....
it depends. I would use one in a hydro air or basebaord system ...but not in a large mass system (slab radiant or cast iron rads)... at least not w/o a buffer tank or sophisticated protection controls....Biasi is a fine boiler. kpc

The Biasi is my prefered boiler for baseboard or radiant and if I did hydroair I would use it there also. I put one in my home a few years back and I am pleased with it.0 -
Is it ok to use outdoor reset control with a low mass boiler that feeds a high temperature baseboard system? I would think that the low mass combined with relatively low operating temperatures during conditions less extreme than design conditions would result in short firing compared with a higher mass boiler. Is a buffer tank required?0 -
It would be.....
fine. QHT even offers their own version of reset. kpc
