    printer.

    one of the ladds new printer reads b6iw83zzzzt. o2 so says he "err;This Cant be right" so he plugs his buddys printer in and voila all is well.next he tries out his buddys printer in his meter ok all is well. now for some reason the person he spoke with yesterday wants him to send in his meter..what part of the logic isnt being conveyed? he had his printer sent back and forth and it no worky properly.how do we get this to happen for him?
