getting rid of old radiators

Recently removed some old radiators. I was going to take them to the scrapyard, but maybe someone is interested, or knows of a business that "refurbishes" them and wants them for "cores". There are 3 3 section radiators, thin tube type, five tubes per section, 38 inches tall measured from the floor to the top. 1 9 section thin tube type, also 5 tubes per section. This one is 25 inches from the floor to the top. Also a column type radiator that I cannot measure right now, but if memory serves is around 36 inches high, maybe 5 or sections, 3 columns. They weren't leaking, and are of course crappily painted silver. I'm not looking to get megadollars, maybe a few bucks. I'm heading to the scrapyard to see what they are paying, just come close to those guys. I'm located in Queens.
If anyone wants to come and carry the big one down 3 flights of stairs, however, they are yours for the taking.
Just curious if anyone wants em before they get scrapped, you know?

Hi, Yes I'm looking for a couple of the tall rads you mentioned. Please email me at combosdad@msn.com and maybe I could take a look. I live on the island not far from you. Thanks Bob0 -

more here
If it is worth the trip to you I have a selection of single pipe steam radiators in CT, enough for about 1000 sqft or more. They are all slightly ornate (not plain-jane at least) and all on the second floor, and all pretty heavy, yours for the taking. All work AFAIK, valves and all attached.
