Air to Water Heat Exchanger

I would like to know if anyone here knows of or where I can get information on an air to water heat exchanger that could be installed in the air supply of my forced natural gas central furnace.
I would like to put a heat exchanger inline and set it up so the hydronic pump comes on at the same time the furnace does. The furnace is oversized for the house so btu capacity is not a problem. The furnace fan also runs on low so I could increase that for flow.
