These are Feds - we are mere mortals!
This is our government's approach to addressing our environmental concerns. Everything from fusion to high-eff light bulbs.
Interestingly, a report was released this week that states what our R&D spending should be - a lot more than what it currently is.

Something we didn't know!
The energy R&D budget for the entire US would seem to be quite low in light of the current mess we're in. We can blame this on the last 30 years worth of not only presidents but congress too.0
