HVAC printed job file folder?

in THE MAIN WALL
I am thinking about getting file folders with preprinted areas for stuff like name, address, model & serial numbers of equipment, etc. Does anyone use this already? Did you have them custom made, or did you buy them somewhere? Any info. would be appreciated. Thank you!

    try new england business forms . job folder # 278 is probably what you are looking for. been using them forever & all quality stuff & their prices are excellent.
