Radiant panel in copper fin-tube baseboard loop

I want to install a panel radiator to heat a bathroom, and I want to put it in-line at the end of an existing 3/4 in. copper fin-tube baseboard loop. It seems simple enough, but I'm not finding much information about mixing panel radiators and baseboard.
I have found one manufacturer that makes a panel radiator with 3/4 in. fittings (most seem to be 1/2 in.), and 3/4 in. seems like a good idea since it's going into a 3/4 in. baseboard loop.
I also assume I'll need to be sure the connections between the copper tubing and the (steel?) panel radiator are appropriate to the metals being joined, to avoid corrosion.
And I know I've got to size the panel radiator properly to heat the room, taking into account where in the loop (at the end) it lies.
Am I covering all the bases? Is there anything else I need to look out for?
And is there a simple kind of bypass valve that would let me control the water flow through the panel radiator?
Thanks in advance to any pros or others willing to share their experience and expertise.
