Boiler Guage Question
Richard_9
Member Posts: 1
I currently have a vacuum/pressure guage on my old scotch-marine boiler that doesn't work. Do I need to replace it with a similar guage, or can I use just a pressure guage?
I've read Dan's books and definitely understand the need to keep the pressure low, but the whole vacuum thing still confuses me--just like the current guage.
Thanks for your help.

Good Questions
We usually install a positive pressure gague, but here's a picture Mad Dog sent in.
