I installed this system for landlord who wanted to save his teanant some money on there heating bills.
Removed this monster with the help from my scrap guys , they wouldn't listen to me and thought they could lift up the stairway.Had to split section to remove from basement.
I would say it was a little over sized for this house.
Installed this buderus & indirect after a long day and no help in sight,fired it up around 9pm and gave teanant heat & plenty of hot water.
I think they will be pleasantly suprised by the money they are going to save this coming heating season.
Landlord wants new system for his house next door but will have to install something besides a buderus only because it is a steam system (sounds like a job for mad dog.).
