where to get Dans books

Hello. Does anyone know where to get Mr. Holohans books, "We Got Steam Heat" & "The Lost Art of Steam Heating" in Pa? Anywhere between say Allentown or Philly? I have not been able to locate them at a local book store.

No credit card currently: it expired this month. Doh! Since "We Got Steam Heat" is available in contractor packs, the site has already made money on the books, and with no c.c., I was hoping to find a local contractor and purchase "We Got Steam Heat" and maybe (if available) a copy of "The Lost Art of Steam Heating" for cash. Just looking for a way to get the information a.s.a.p. and without plastic.
