Hi guys
If you are presently reading this post, you have arrived at one of the coolest (no pun intended) places on the web.
This is where some of the most talentd people in the HVAC industry hang out to swap ideas, tell industry-related stories (most of the time), ask questions and seek information.
Welcome... feel free to browse around the site...
Be sure to visit the LIBRARY and HOT TECH TOPICS... there are always neat things in there.
Have fun... but make certain you get your homework done...
Remember, it pays to wander off the WALL!0 -

*Note to students* The text book is cheap on abebooks.com

A Word to the Wise
If you go the abebooks route, be sure to search for the book by ISBN # 1401837654.
There are other accompanying books, such as the lab manual that have almost the same cover. So, if you are buying what you think is the correct text book at it something like 20 bucks or so, IT'S NOT THE BOOK YOU NEED!
BE CAREFUL!0 -
I finally found the site
Good Luck To All My Fellow Mates I Hope We All Make It a Sucessful Semester.0 -
Cool site!

Advice to new students. Take it for what it's worth
1. In theory class Read the chapter Before you go to class. This way you can ask questions on what you did not understand in the chapter. If you try to go into class cold you will fall behind.
2. For lab reports do not try and complete the lab report on saturday morning the day it is due, if you turn in loose leaf hand written paper you will get a grade that reflects your lack of effort.
3. Professor Silberstein is an excellent teacher. He has been at it for a long time. The old saying about "you will get out of it what you put into it" is absolutely true.
Just my 2 cents for what it's worth. Best of luck to everyone.0 -

\"WB\" DOnt ever say that again!!!!
You will make it and DO NOT GET FRUSTRATED. You have one of the best in the industry, Eugene and Keep trying. If you get frustrated, TRY AGAIN. There are many people in here that will NEVER let you give up. You came this far and you know in your own mind that you can and DO BELONG!!!!!! Eugene, keep on this man's ****......;-) He'll probably end up as Senior engineer if he applies himself......
"WB" if you get confused,..ATTACK the problem until it is solved, that is what I do and I have been in it for 24 years and still get over whelmed, BUT I know who or where to go for the answer...;-)
Keep trying....
