Heating & Cooling

In terms of heating or cooling what can be done with a well that produces over a 100 gallons of water a minute and sits idle? Depth is 425 feet, static level is 45 feet, water depth 380 feet, casing ID is 6” which goes to a depth of 32 feet into bed rock.

I have another well the supplies my potable drinking water, which is 285 feet deep, flows at 7 gpm also at 45 feet static level, but has 8 inch ID casing. This well is physically in residence and feeds into a Well-Xtrol tank that I believe has an acceptance capacity of 300 + gals. Tank is 4 feet in diameter and stands 8 feet tall. A distance of 50 feet separates wells.

Second well was drilled in response to drought conditions experienced in CT year of 1991 and low rainfall in prior years. Upon hitting water at 400 feet driller suggested to go additional 25 feet to allow for any debris that may flow in. Upon completion of drilling second well the original filled with water and continues to supply our needs.

There is a deep hole with a lot of $$$$$$$$ sitting idle can this be put to use?
