burner reset
chilly
Member Posts: 43
just a homeowner here with a question....
I had to push the reset button on my oil burner for my steam boiler this morning. Is this a cause for concern? Do I have to have my oil company come and check this out right away or is it something that can just happen.
The burner started and everything appears fine now.
thanks

It's reccomended
CHeck your oil fired equipment every year. Small problems usually go into larger problems. You are probably ok for now but definatly get it checked out.0 -
thanks
I do have my oil company out every year to do a tune up so maybe I'll have them out to check it out earlier.0 -
This is a symptom
This is a symptom of a problem in the making, it will only get worse over time. Call for service.
