That would have been at the "Just For Laughs" festival in Montreal(I recognised the logo in the background).They get some amazing acts there besides comedians.Up here in Canada we have regular shows on the Comedy Network. I've never been there but have always wanted to go.

On my last cruise...

They had a juggler that did something similar, except he was using fluorescent green balls, and turned off the stage lights and turned on black lights. All you could see were the balls and the tracers.

Mesmurized for 5 minutes...

I don't know how they do it.
