Locating Radiant Ceiling loop to reconnect in some ceiling

Member Posts: 6
We are involved in a remodeling job. The existing 2 - story home had radiant ceiling panels on 1st and 2nd floors and radiant in the basement floor. In the process of doing some demolition by the homeowner, most of the ceiling on 1st floor and some of the ceiling on 2nd floor came down - radiant panels and all. My problem is - they want to go back with radiant ceiling heat. We can have the panels made up but my problem is trying to reconnect to the existing loops. I have no idea what went where. Is there a way to figure this out or determine how the loops are run in the ceiling - any help, suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

an easy way is with an ultra sound machine.
you start a tone generator..then listen to the sound until it is located at its source.0 -
time is money
Make sure you charge them apropriately. ouch You could use compressed air and see what flows where if possible, it's going to take some time and mapping out. Good luck
Maybe, if the ceiling is still down, it may be advantageous to go radiant in the floor??0
