using a Carlin 90000 Series control, the response time is incredible.

Proper controls for external tankless off steam boiler
Almost finished installing new steam boiler. A baseboard loop is running into a 6GPM Everhot that is heated by the steam boiler water through a Taco circulator with a check valve.
I'm not 100% sure of how to install the controls. Right now, I have a Honeywell control with the probe in the boiler water feed to the tankless, to turn on the burner if the water temp is below 160 and then off when the water temp is 180. (160 is fine for the room and I can adjust later as need be). My concern is two fold:
1. That the probe temperature may sense cool water since the circulator will not have run for a while. This would fire the burner for just a minute until the circulator gets the hot boiler water moving. Should there be a time delay that starts the boiler circulator for a minute before the probe control kicks in? If so, what model number control would I need?
2. Should the circulator for the tankless be running the entire time that the circulator for the baseboard is running, or should it be cycling on and off based on the tankless reservoir temperature.
Thanks for your advice.0
