Lot's of these are available right on manufacturers web sites. I know practically everything that's relevant is on Viessmann's, Buderus' web site and can be downloaded free.0 -
W.M. Ultra
manuals are also available, with venting and control supplements attached.0 -
I have
Weil McLain Ultra, and Munchkin Manuals already. As to downloading it is time consuming and paper consuming to download every manual. It is also that on many sites you have to go through signing up and gaining admittance to their sites. I really prefer hard copy so I can develop simple and realistic approachs to training from the manuals themselves. A lot of what is in the manuals is required to satisfy the law. I try to sort it out and get to the installation, service and troubleshooting aspects.0 -
Hi Michael
if I understand you correctly there is no service manual for your unit? If that is correct how do you determine how to service it? Maybe I misunderstood your post. I will give you a call.0 -
Service manuals
Hi Tim.
Sorry for the confusion.
There is no seperate manual for service, All is contained in the IOM. You can download it from our web site at http://www.olsenhvac.com/products_gasfurnaces_ultramax3.asp. Select the IOM pdf on the right to download, and if you have additional questions, please feel free to call me.

I know where you're coming from
By the time you delete the lawyer-speak, the manual in most cases is about 3 pages thick and doesn't tell you what you want to know.
It was just a thought.
I'd like to see manuals published, especially by the furnace mfr's, that give desired CO, CO2 & O2 levels. I have never been able to get a single one to divulge this info. I think most are ashamed of the numbers from what I test in the field.0 -

You do not have to jump through those hoops with us Tim.

Would you like some Triangle Tube info on the solo?
having the Book is way easier to me than to hunt around in computer files. Only thing though Timmie is that their comming up with some variations on thier modulating condensing boilers this year and there are a few changes in the controls for the betterment of the control stradgey available....The size of the boilers offered ,....maybe that also is going to change up in thier product line offerings...The Jumbo is the bad boy to get some accurate info into your already hefty resource Library0 -
Weezbo, that would
be great. Send it on.0 -
Weezbo, thanks
got it in the mail today. Much appreciated.0 -
Timmie , Dont give up just yet! Ferret out the new Buderas and v
Viessmann from Europe also...that way when they get "here"we will know how to work on our smuggled in boilers too *~/:) I keep trying to get anyone going thru Canada to latch on to the first one so i can bolt it up at MY house0
