instantaneous for small apps
I'd be interested in any good or bad dealings with on demand waater heaters and infloor systems. Primarily 1500 sq ft and under + domestic hot water. I have used Rinnai in 4 or 5 applications with great success, but am always leary. this is a market that regular boilers don't work due to load sizes. Please tell all.

small load boilers
Baxi boilers from marathon industries will handle the load from 800 square feet, with hot water on board at 3.3 gpm. You can also check out the Crown Aruba 2 section boiler. It has an output of 26,000 btu which is approx 43 feet of baseboard. Check out Crowns website...0 -
The problem with Baxi and Quietside and the like is that there top end is bad (135,000btu). So then your back to a tank which in my mind is counter productives. Rinnai is 180,000 btu on indoor so it can handle both the heating and DHW load at the same time.0
