I am considering a LLC vs a S corp... any one got an opinion ?

LLC vs. S-Corp
Each I believe has it's advantages/disadvantages. It depends on how big you plan on being, how many owners/members/manager are involved and how you want to take profits, etc.
I think that generally speaking an LLC. will allow for easier profit taking and bookkeeping (tax wise) but still completely protects you from lawsuits. I can't speak for S-corps, but I know with an LLC, if someone came after you for something, they can only go after what the LLC owns (which, if you take profits properly, can be nothing!) not after you personally. S-corp I believe you can be held personally liable.
I am no expert, just going on what I recall when I set up an LLC.
