    Al, the link you point to is about social security, your post is about dog poop parks, and you're posting on a heating related web-site... As usual, I'm confused. ;-P

    Since the US is a participatory democracy, why don't you channel your energy and considerable knowledge into doing something about the government excesses you lament about?

    Get involved and fight for your beliefs. For all you know, it might be fun.
