I have to say, If it was'nt for this forum, I would not have known about the CO issue. I have learned SO MUCH on this site!
While I don't post that often,I lurk everyday. I also use this site as a teaching tool. It is a regular assignment for my students at BOCES.
The situation I was in this week is the reason I drill into their heads my favorite line "TEST, DON'T GUESS"!

    Well Joe I want to thank you for all the support you gave me on that GA 124 and getting me the parts I needed, as fast as you did. It is truly a pleasure, working with a Company, that shows a genuine interest in a customers comfort and saticfaction.
    Not to mention, a tech who was working almost "Blind" (with no manual)
    Your patience was appreciated (especially with the phone connection) :)
