7ft above a common public walkway

Look at all the green fuzzy stuff on the siding. Good point about all the ice and slime.

Boiler Vent
I am trying to find out if this vent is legal, for it certainly flys against common sense. It's in the walkway that leads to 3 condos. In order to enter or exit any of these 3 condos, you must walk past this exhaust. And it's at face height. Not to mention the water, ice trip hazard. It's in Seaside Heights NJ, and I am totally unfamiliar with their regs. Anyone care to help?0 -
