Hey Guy`s check this out! This boiler was replaced about 8 years ago by a well-known firm. It`s about the 3rd, since the 60`s. Alot of primary/secondary going on here eh? Also check the LWCO, its a M&M #67 rated for 20PSI(steam)! How about the valving arrangement. The house is about 4 floors, each with 10-12Ft. ceilings, including the basement.
