Steam Radiator Pitch?

What should the pitch be for a steam radiator. One pipe and two pipe?

The radiator should always pitch

toward wherever the condensate drains out. In one-pipe, that's the steam pipe. In two-pipe, it's the return connection.

Quite often, rads work fine dead level. I'd only alter the pitch if there's a problem.
