this is a very moving story and i as well began to tear as i read this aloud. my father is currently in iraq he left early this morning and will not return for 4 months it will be the hardest 4 months ive ever known

It is in my file of storys to keep.

I have pleasant memories of having dinner at the Windows on the World with my mom. We lived across the Raritan Bay until the early 90's. From there, I could see the Towers glitter at night, glisten by day, and I knew it remained in those days, when it was obscured by weather. Having moved closer to the Pentagon, since the 1990's, I did not get back to my neighborhood in NJ, until many months following the attack. I knew it was gone, but I had to look, just because I had to. I am thankful for Dan's story, it helped to give a human side to the building that I was able to take for granted.
