not sure if you knew this but Dweezil has put a band together and is touring in a tribute to his dad. It's called Zappa does Zappa and features Napolean Murphy Brock, Steve Vai, and Terry Bozio.

They are coming to the East Coast in Oct, I am planning to go to the old Oakdale {now Chevrolet Theater} in Wallingford Ct

check the info.. apparently Terry Bozio just exploded his bicep playing

Just when I was thinkin this place was "cool", this happens.

I checked out the Zappa tickets for the Chevy, but best seats were pretty far back and I hate those seats. He's also playing at the theater at Madison square on holloween. That would be cool!

I know mine does. Anyone near Bethel CT on Sept 9th should check us out at the Bethel Town Picnic. We are a 60's tribute band called The WayBack Machine. Proceeds from the picnic goes to the Scotty Fund, a local charity helping kids and their families affected by cancer. They helped us out a lot during my wifes recent breast cancer treatments.
