This is a very dangerous place. This website has been in the news for all of the wrong reasons. Young pre-teens lie about their age and post personal information and photos that are, shall we say, less than innocent poses. And sexual predators have been caught trying to use the information to get to the children. That is a FACT. Parents in our community have been alerted and MySpace is not welcome. Run as fast as you can from this website.

Predators is an excellent word. Although an excellent idea, unfortunately its being used for the wrong reasons by the predators. In our area also there was stuff being circulated about the dangers of allowing kids to have a my space account.

I agree people need to be careful but....

I thought it was obvious I wasn't suggesting people use it to try to pick up underaged girls or doing anything else stupid.
