Skimming Valves for Boilers

I have a customer in need of a skimming valve (to skim crud off boiler) 3/8" valve with gauge on side. Any ideas?

    I would use a needle valve and bleed a slight amount until the foaming stopped or oil disappeared. Why do you want the guage?
