over sized steam boiler

I looked at a steam boiler yesterday its a wiel mclain relabled as a williamson 4 section rated for 404 squre ft of steam the connected load is only 318 square ft with out a pick up factor added if i remove 1 section its rating will drop to 363 square ft of steam with out a pickup factor what size nozzle would i then have to use?
