Recently looking at a large possible commerical steam to hot water conversion for a production and warehouse building .Lots of things going on and i have done a primary heat lose but need the edr of 2 existing coils they are controller by honeywell valves it is a 2 ppe system each coils connection is 2 1/2 the feed is 3 the sytem pressure is running about 2 1/2 the coils are 2 pass copper coils measuring 74 x 32 .The building has a oversized boiler by about 2 to 2 1/2 mbtu and some buried returns very long runs about 200 back to the boiler room ,bad condensate pumps, traps takes on water and extremly high gas bills averaging about 14 grand a month and more when below 30 and the whole system was pneumatics which is gone so it's all just a rip with make up air units with all the guts removed just run rampidt .It's a hugh job and lots of variable thanks for any input peace clammy

Measure up coils legenth width height fins/inch #of tubes and tube size and call a coil manufacturer for a rating. You may find the original name tag if you look around Sounds like they let the place go--now they are paying for it with high fuel bills--nothing wrong with steam or pneumatic controls -but they need to be maintained
