Condensing Boiler Condensate Neutralization
I'm having a difficult time finding any makers of products for neutralization of boiler condensate, from condensing boilers. Most companies that make acid neutralization products make them for laboratory or industrial process acid waste. They all seem a bit overkill for condensing boilers that create carbonic acid in the range of 4 - 5 pH. Does anyone know of any North American condensate neutralization products geared towards the condensing boiler industry?

Viessmann sells them....
... as part of their Vitodens line. They also have larger systems available in Europe. However, you may be able to build your own rather inexpensively. A 5 gallon bucket, some marble chips, and two pipes seem to work for most people that have tried it (ME, for example, IIRC)0 -
condensate
Get a 5 gallon bucket, drop the condensate into the top.
fill the bucket with crushed limestone and drill a hole up on the bucket about 3/4 up from the bottom. Put a water tight connector in the hole and run into the drain.
